Context UI condition stop working. There are no reactions loaded in the UI

Context Condition section of the UI stops working.

a. When selecting a new condition, the UI doesnt show up anything. It doesnt "Trigger the activation of this context."
b. When selecting an already set condition, it doesnt work either.

In conclusion:

I cannot use more the Context User Interface UI:

I cannot add a condition
I cannot edit a condition
I cannot edit reactions, since they are not triggered because, when selecting a new condition, nothing happens.
