Add some finessing to the view, making sure we are very clear about what is about to be deleted. Remove the confirmation step as it doesn't agree with the "configuration" step which lists all of the content to be deleted.
- Adds ability to differentiate between moderated comment types and content types
- Fixes bug where Mollom was given too much power, bypassing the moderation queue for things it did not think were spam.
