Sorry if this issue is a dup, tried to search the issue queue but could not find documentation on how to use. Suggest that the familiar "Resources > Documentation" link be set to:

  1. A proper d.o. page saying that there is no formal docs, but informal could be found here and there. E.g. this external link, who got me started: http://www.protoscopic.com/articles/drupal-how-to-content-profile-basics, OR
  2. this external link itself.

another option: inform that all documentation lays in the README file.
