Php print text if access, else print another text

Hi! I would truly appreciate your support.

I’m creating courses and would like to add text or insert another node to a node (with no permissions set.)

With content access I’m not using roles, so guess I be needing php.

The reason is that the user can see the info as a teaser, to be a little clearer:

Php if user does not have inserted node permission, 

print the node that has text without links,

Else if user does have inserted node permission, 

print the node that has text with links

Is that possible please? Any suggestion would be fabulous!
