Subject and contact_informaion get misplaced (moved to end) if contact_fields module is enabled [#1427456]

Thanks for a useful module. The issue I'm facing is when the contact_field module is also enabled in addition to this module. When this is done, the subject and contact_information show at the bottom of the form (after the Message field).

The problem seems to be because the $form['subject']['#weight] seems to be overwritten by this module, and also the contact_information weight needs to be set correctly. I managed to work around this, please find the attached patch.

Hi Terence,

I couldn't recreate the problem you have been having.

I was using Contact Fields 6.x-2.2 and Contact Forms 6.x-1.13.

Maybe Contact Fields has fixed the problem. I think it was a problem with their module not setting the weights correctly. Let me know if you are still having problems.
