Feature Request: Tie to Content Moderation

Problem/Motivation

Revisions often require moderation, and a common motivation for adding automatic revisioning is to provide for a published revision followed by a series of drafts until the drafts are feature complete and ready to be published.

Proposed resolution

This would require two pieces. First, making the revisions for config revisions able to connect with content moderation, and second add UI elements to manage the moderation/workflow states within the revision views.
