I installed it and was able to access it under site configuration. Once I click on the save button, all of the default permissions disappeared.
I go to the permissions page and don't see any new permissions added.
I'm using Pressflow 6.22.
Any ideas?

Did you try to uninstall and install it again?

sinmao CreditAttribution: sinmao commentedYeah, I uninstalled and re-installed. This time, I don't even get the default custom permissions, just the option to add a new one. When I try to add a new permission, nothing gets added.
Maybe it's a conflict with one of the many modules I've installed.
But no big deal. The Path Access module works well enough for what I need.
Thanks for looking into it though.
