Content type condition

Hi,

As I've seen many other users have this doubt, but I didn't find any awnser.
I've an Entity reference field that list nodes of the Content Type A and Content Type B
What I want to do is configure a conditional field that shows a field only if the node selected is of the Content Type A.
It is possible? I think maybe it has to have some custom configuration, maybe a php condition.
