UI Summary Text Should Show Term Name not TID

I added an entity reference for a taxonomy term, and the summary in the UI reads

Other is visible when Grant program or initiative targeted by this service - new has value "1560".

While this may indeed be accurate, for my content admins, this is not terribly useful. Term 1560 is "Other (specify)" and that's what should display.
