This error appear when i use "OR" for "Interaction with other dependencies" setting. When i use "And", this error disappear.

This is a problem with jQuery Update (and/or with core states.js), see:
#1448490: Remove the states.js overwrite as it was fixed upstream
#2018791: states.js is not compatible with jquery +1.6.1 because it use $.attr in the wrong way

I'm having the same issue, and I'm on jquery_update7.x-2.3.
