Release notes

This is the first alpha release of Drupal Commons 7.x-3.0 for developers and advanced site builders.

While it is not yet feature complete, site builders can use this alpha release and nightly development snapshots of Drupal Commons to start building sites and have alignment with the general selection of contributed modules that are included in Commons.

Please note that there is no guaranteed upgrade path between alpha releases or to the upcoming official release.

Please provide feedback in the Commons issue queue or in #drupal-commons in IRC.
