After update to 7.x-3.29 and still in 7.x-3.30 the Attend button for Events is missing for authenticated users and content moderators. It is there if you are logged in as the admin. I have created new events as well as for existing events the same behavior occurs, that is the Attend button, which used to be there is now gone. Please advise.

I had the same issue. For some reason the permission to view the Attend button was unchecked for all roles. It was fixed by updating permissions.
