Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
Our store employees will be automatically included in their applicable groups based on their Location, District, Region and Country. Although they will be free to Follow another public group or person, we do NOT want them to have the capability to UNFOLLOW the groups of which they are members. Otherwise, they may miss key information in their streams.
Request a way to block members of a group from being able to unfollow the Group. OR, even if they unfollow it, any posts by a group to which they belong should still appear in their activity stream under items he/she is Following.

ezra-g CreditAttribution: ezra-g commentedAs a stopgap, you can deny authenticate users the ability to unfollow groups at admin/structure/flags/manage/commons_follow_group, but this wouldn't handle the case of unsubscribing folks who then leave the group.
Leaving open as a feature request.
