I am trying to currently theme my site using the Commons-Origins theme. Whenever I remove the footer block with the commons info in it, a bit of gray shows up on the screen at the bottom. Is there a way to fix this?
I have a gradient background and would like it to stretch all the way to the bottom of the page that is visible to the users.

ay13 CreditAttribution: ay13 commentedcould be several things:
-if you removed the footer contents but not the footer container and the container has some padding or margin styles on it that give it a little hight on the page.
-if your background isn't applied to body but to one of the containing divs then it will only be as tall as the div and the div may have some margin on the bottom keeping ir form going all the way to bottom of the page.
if you need more assistance just post a link to your site and i can tell you exactly where the problem is.
