Filter by group content type in organizations list

Problem/Motivation

The group module provides a views relationship plugin based on the group content enabler plugin. If the same group content enabler plugin is installed on different group types, multiple group content types are created. That results in the views listing an organization multiple times, one with the parent organization and others with other parent groups that the organization might belong too.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create another group type and install the organization enabler plugin.
2. Add the same organization as a child to another organization, and as a content to a group of the other type.
3. Go to the B2B Organizations list page and observe that the organization is listed twice.

Proposed resolution

A views relationship plugin should first be created, ideally in the Group module, that allows selecting the specific group content type(s) or plugin deriver. It may be possible to add it to the existing plugin. Then, update the commerceg_b2b_organizations view on this module to use that.
