Unresolved dependency warning on status page.

Commerce Order (Version >=3.0.0 required)
Commerce View Receipt requires this module and version. Currently using Commerce Order version

Im using commerce 3.2.0

Steps to reproduce

View the status page, or try to run drush updb

Proposed resolution

Add a composer.json file and declare the commerce dependency version there and remove from info.yml
