Releases for Commerce Stripe Payment Intent Payment Request

This version supports the SCA ( Strong Customer Authentification) and works with Payment Intents.

The module supports authorization only ( requires capture) and authorization and capture ( capture automatically).

It includes as well the capture and refund functionalities.
