Initial Import/Stock Transaction

I am upgrading my very old D6 Ubercart website to D10 Commerce.

Unlike ~20 years ago, there is not much documentation available about the new versions of Drupal. I hope someone can explain to me how I should set the beginning inventory/stock levels in my D10 website. I am using Feeds/Commerce Feeds to get the Product Variations, Products, etc., into the new site. I cannot find anywhere to import stock levels.

Ideally I would have a CSV file which includes the unique SKU for each variation, the location, and the quantity. I have one (default) store and two locations. There is no available "target" for stock level in either the Product or the Product Variations feed. I was hoping there was a Feed Type: "stock levels" but there is not.

In summary, how do people populate their initial stock levels?? Surely not by hand editing every variation or hand typing every variation in the "simple stock transaction" form. Please help.
