When an incorrect value (Card number, Expiration, CVV or Postal Code) is given by the user, the correct error-message is displayed.

However the submit button isn't restored as described in https://www.drupal.org/project/commerce/issues/2366101#comment-9297843 and is still disabled.
This makes proceeding after correcting the false input impossible.

Marked as Major since it disrupts normal flow and no visible clues are given to the user.
