SUBSCRIPTION VALIDITY field not updated

I am using the DEV version with Patch (https://drupal.org/node/1522018)

I don't see any errors in my rules.

However, on the backend when I add an Order through Commerce Admin UI with a subscription product, to a user with an account already, and have status = checkout complete, no date is assigned to that users account.

I am trying to test if the module is working correctly.

Anything else I can do?
