This patch will currently only work if using the (broken at the moment) patch for adding a profile select element to Commerce here: https://www.drupal.org/node/2844920

If using that patch, commerce_shipping breaks. This patch resolves the issue to make commerce_shipping compatible again. Will post momentarily.

Here's the patch. May need to be updated before commerce actually commits the final version of the profile select feature, but this is the most up to date I could find.
