Problem/Motivation

The refund action link is not available from the admin payment page, refundPayment function is added in the RazorpayRedirect class to make the refund amount but the refund link is not available in the order payment page.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make order payment using Razorpay
  2. Go to order list
  3. Go to order payment detail page (i.e admin/commerce/orders/[order_id]/payments)

Proposed resolution

Make the refund link available from the order payment page.

Refund payment support is also provided for the OffsitePaymentGatewayBase as well. We can implement SupportsRefundsInterface to achieve the refund feature.
