Wanted to drop you a note about this. I just installed shipping for commerce (7.x-2.0-beta1), and there's some pretty large issues to be addressed to get integrated.

Beyond the fact there's no support at all, the module actually stops working all together, because shipping is being added into the line_items. This module loops line_items, expecting them all to be products, without checking that they are. I'll do a bit of work and post a patch to get some discussion started on specifics.

Here's a first shot at it. Please review. I'm sure there's other changes that need addressed. I believe some of the lines modified here are formating differences between our editors.
