Removed implicit dependency on Commerce Kickstart.
Additional changes:
* Removed setting to chose which entity types to sync from Commerce to OpenERP (didn't work properly, might be reimplemented).
* Improved documentation.
Initial alpha release. Mostly missing tests and testing.
