Minor feature release: Adds credit card icons on checkout and the ability to disable the collection of billing information.

This release resolves issues where transaction amounts that can be simplified to a whole number integer are rejected by the Moneris API.

Stable 2.0 release, includes Card on File functionality

First release of Moneris for Commerce 2.x. It doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles yet, but should be reasonable stable for standard functionality.

First Release Candidate for the 2.x branch. Fixes since Beta4 include:

* Moneris HPP: Make sure all XML response child SimpleXMLElements are converted to arrays as well
* Removed currency conversion, instead return an error when order currency differs from gateway currency
* Changed input names for settings forms #states to more generic
