Release notes

This release fixes a critical regression introduced in 2.24 that prevented the installation of Kickstart without the demo store. Fixed in #2486097: The merchandising feature must not depend on the product feature.

It also contains updated advanced_help (1.2), message (1.10), commerce_shipping (2.2), commerce_discount (latest -dev) and inline_conditions (1.0-alpha5) modules.
