Just being a bit OCD, but thought I'd mention I see two Contrib options when I look at the modules.
One in uppercase one in lowercase, is this a small bug?

I see contrib "commerce_yotpo" has package name is "Commerce (Contrib)"
It should change to "Commerce (contrib)"

Should I report that in their issue queue too? or does it have to get fixed in this project here anyway (so I shouldnt close this issue yet?)

This errors does not affect site run, it only display wrong with the contrib module_filter, I think We don't have to fix it.

Unfortunately, we can't fix that: it's how each contrib module defined its package. A patch would need to be opened against each one.
