I disable the Commerce Kickstart User module and when I enabled it, I got this old problem #1854076: Some user menu items can't be translated that it is not resolved in code, but with tricks. The problem is that certain menu items are not translatable with localize. The solution is to use t() in the link_title and not at the end as they are. Since I know a little more about translations, I put a patch to solve it in first comment.

Commerce Kickstart 2.x is in minimal maintenance mode. Closing out all outdated tickets now to maintain focus on Commerce Kickstart 3.x.
