I recently upgraded to 7.x.2.1. When I ran update.php script. It stopped at "Review updates" step and gave a message that "No pending updates" as shown below.

Although under Site Report, I can see latest version of Drupal and Kickstart. But I am not sure if it's really complete or not. Why it didn't get to Step #4 and #5?

Possibly related: After a seemingly successful update to 2.1. the Available Updates page says I'm still on Commerce Kickstart 2.0, and I keep getting notification emails to that effect. (Yes, I ran update.php.)

Same as OP for me. Everything seems ok.

We didn't add any update functions between 2.0 and 2.1, so there was nothing to run. Everything is fine.

@tgeller
All files replaced correctly? Cache cleared? I've heard the same problem on d.o multiple times ("I updated module X / drupal core but Available Updates reports the old version") but I haven't seen an explanation on most likely causes.

My mistake: I updated the wrong directory! Ignore me; sorry for the trouble. :-P
