Text only mail message table is broken [#1889366]

The mail that is sent by CK after a checkout format is broken. The "left column" is above the "right column" instead of being properly aligned:

As suggestion (I don't know how feasible is that) IMHO there shouldn't be footnotes, but instead inlined URIs. Like Amazon does it, for example.

your example looks exactly as "Plain text" Email, instead of HTML one.
If this issue existed in 2.0, it's definitely solved in the latest version.
however what's needed to be checked if this (plain text email only) is not actually the Email settings, or in General (admin/config/system/mimemail) or for this user (account edit page).

Indeed this is plain text. It's not any MIME type configuration kind of issue, since, for example, the mails sent by Amazon
are perfectly formatted. I'll try the latest version.

I believe so, vasike. I am using CK 2.6 and the HTML email is not lined up properly in the !order-summary object. From what I've read, this is from the Shopping cart summary View, but how does any css styling from the view get into the email?
