Can't display download link on checkout

Hi all, as sad in title, whatever I do, I can't get download links to show after checkout process.

I'm using drupal version 7.43, commerce version 7.x-1.13 and tried both 7.x-2.0-beta3 and 7.x-2.x-dev module versions. I've set up module and everything related as described here, added "License completion message" pane in "Complete" section of checkout settings, changed "Activates licenses of an order" rule to activate license right after completed checkout, set "View own licenses" for every role (even though I can't see download link even as administrator), etc. Tried both locally and live (test site on shared hosting).

So far, everything works perfectly besides showing download link. Am I missing something? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
