Similar to #2326541: Field API errors when clearing caches.

When clearing cache if the field cache is still empty the following error occurs:

WD php: FieldException: Attempt to create an instance of field commerce_file on bundle drukwerk that already has an instance of that field. in field_create_instance() (line 509 of /var/www/woonbond/docroot/modules/field/field.crud.inc).
