Comments link on Terms of Service pane

Hi,

I've enabled the Commerce Extra Panes module for use with the 'Terms of Service' sub module. I created the node for the pane and enabled the 'terms of service' and the 'make terms' required. The pane shows up along with the checkbox. The problem is, there is now a link to 'comments' on the right side of the pane. My comments are disabled on the node and comments are disabled for the content type. I've also removed the comments permissions for authenticated users. I've re-saved the node with my terms a hundred times with comments disable. Sadly, when I goto checkout, the pane for 'Terms of Service' still shows the comments link. Its driving me nuts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
