shipping line items

Hi,

Still I have the same problems.

While this widget "Inline entity form - Multiple values" is selected instead of "Line item manager" as the line item widget under commerce order fields settings:

1) When I want to add shipping cost to the order as admin, the shipping amount is not calculated automatically;
2) After adding the shipping cost manually, that will not be displayed in the order view page above the order total where it should be;

Any help to fix these issues would be appreciated.
