An exception is thrown when a coupon has multiple free shipping discounts attached and we have no access to the actual discount.
Example:
Website setup is with multiple domains. Discounts are created per domain.
I have a coupon code, that should apply on two domains. (I have 1-1 free shipping discount for each domain attached to the same coupon.)
Why I apply the coupon on one domain I got this exception
I created a patch that fixes this issue
