Commerce coupon CSS overrides adminimal css

Specifically this part:

#commerce-coupon-discount-coupon-form fieldset {
  border: none;
  padding: 0px;
}

This makes sure the fieldset isn't rendered properly under adminimal.
I believe this should go or there should be a better solution for this :s
