I am very confused about how to configure the checkout redirect. If someone can point me in the right direction I will add a documentation page.

Has anyone actually used this module? There is no configuration settings under admin/commerce ???

Please use the branch 2 version of the module and check the information on the project page.
The version 1 will not be supported anymore.
