Hello! Please describe more specifically how did you get this problem.

Do the module work on clean drupal installation?
Maybe it is a conflict with another module, or with your custom code?

Which version of fancybox module do you use?

Version 7.x-2.x of this module supports fancyBox version 2.1.0 and higher. This version of fancyBox requires jQuery 1.7+, which is supplied by the jQuery Update module.

Version 7.x-1.x and 6.x-1.x of this module support Fancybox 1.3+, which can be downloaded here. 1.3.1 is recommended.

Try to use my module with different versions of jquery (you can change it in jquery upade settings)
Also i recommend to try to change fancybox module to 2 version.
Does is help?

I believe that this problem is caused by something like fancybox-jquery version incompability.
