I've created a sandbox module which adds an option to send multiple attachments with the invoice mail.
You can add files like "general terms" which will then be attached to the mail send out by this module.

Maybe it can be added as submodule? If not, I will create a seperate module for this.

Nearly one year now. So sorry!

I reviewed and commited the patch to 7.x-1.x (dev) now. The only thing I changed finally was the upload path. See final commit.
