Release notes

Modified code to properly allow for entering / altering shipping method correlations, IE: allowing your drupal shipping methods to properly correlate with amazon shipping methods and expected value in requests to their API. Before this, modifications were done via manually altering the code itself, which is wrong. A hook has been added allowing users to alter the values external to this code, allowing them to keep up with functional and security updates going forward.
