Display the ID of config entity types in admin listings

We've added product attribute IDS (aka machine names) to the product attributes list builder (See #2912910: Product attribute list page should display machine names ), let's do that for all our config entity types.

The main question is whether we should be using "Machine name", or simply "ID" (ID was used for attributes, but we historically used "machine name".

I personally prefer ID... Patch to follow.
