Taxonomies that are not enabled on admin/config/user-interface/colors/taxonomy should be ignored. Now their terms are still loaded and this might be problematic if for example Tags has hundreds of terms. This causes page load to render form useless.

Patch attached. When enabling certain taxonomy, it uses the default colors.
