When a bundle is disabled the colors are still saved in the database. This can potentially waste a lot of space.
For example, you only need to define colors for 4 taxonomy terms of the 'Season' vocabulary, but your 'Tags' vocabulary has thousands of terms. All tags will still get a record with the default color in the database.
