collapsed accordion in external link not expanding

i'm trying to display the following page in a colorbox
http://www.pomona.edu/administration/dining/menus/oldenborg.aspx?width=9...

the actual page has all the accordions expanded by default. However, when displayed in a colorbox the accordions are all collapsed and won't open if clicked.

Any ideas how to fix this?
