Title: Long URLs in README files with a dot at the end should be allowed » Allow lines without spaces to be longer than 80 characters

To help other users with searching, I've changed the title of this issue to reflect the actual problem (copied from Klausi's commit message).

Just for reference, the commit in #3 is what we have in the 8.x-2.12 release of Coder.

Issue #2860121: Warning on line length with markdown which allows long lines for markdown was commited on 18 March 2017 but it was two hours after 8.x-2.12 was tagged. Hence this improvement is only in dev and will not appear in a full release until 8.x-2.13
