When using this through the command line, there are drush commands to output all the data, but they output html or json for all the files and have a lot of data to sift through. This patch adds a simple "drush cc-summary" which just gives you the lines covered, total lines and percentage.

Tested a few times and things seem to be working correctly, will try to get someone else to give a test for RTBC
