Hello All,
When attempting to run install.php and the COD profile is in place -- it always says..

"Sorry, the profile you have chosen cannot be loaded. "

The drupal standard and minimal profiles run just fine....

I have been trying to install the COD profile for a few days now always with the above error

any suggestions, a definitive list of software versions needed (version of php, version of drupal, version of apache, version of mysql) would be appreciated
