cod_support and file_collection module versions not matching the COD .make file after update

After updating to 7.x-2.0-rc3, I'm getting the following notices on my Available updates page:

Distro Update Manager: cod_support version 7.x-1.0-rc1 does not match .make file version 7.x-2.0 from cod.
Distro Update Manager: field_collection version 7.x-1.0-beta12+4-dev does not match .make file version 7.x-1.0-beta12 from cod.

Any change the .make file just needs to be updated? Or could I have done something wrong to cause this?
