New Event: Title field appears below body

Problem/Motivation

When creating a new Event, the title field appears below the Body and Dates fields. Since the Body Field is so large, this can be confusing to content editors accustomed to entering the Title first.

Proposed resolution

Set the weight of the Title field to be lower than the other fields.
