Deleting ticket types

When deleting a ticket type from an event there are a few strange behaviors:

1. After editing a ticket type and clicking 'remove' - it immediately loads the edit screen of the next ticket (in machine order)
2. If you delete the last ticket type in machine order under an event, it will try to reload itself and not successfully delete
